Binotto gives reason why Ferrari does not use veto: 'Responsibility'

Ferrari has had to endure a lot over the past year in the negotiations on the future of Formula 1. Indeed, in addition to the budgetcap, the development of certain parts is being frozen and standard parts are being introduced. All things that Ferrari is not in favour of, yet the team chose not to use their infamous veto. Ferrari is the only team with a veto vote when it comes to the introduction of new regulations. Only if these regulations have to do with safety, they are not allowed to use them. So for the budget ceiling, which Ferrari is hit hard by, they could have done so.
