Williams announces two new signings to F1 technical team

Williams has announced the signing of two new designers to strengthen and bolster its technical team ahead of the new Formula 1 season. David Worner will join Williams as its new chief designer, while Jonathan Carter is set to take up the role of deputy chief designer and head of design, arriving from Red Bull and Renault respectively. Worner has over 20 years' experience in F1, most recently overseeing the synergies between Red Bull and its sister team, Toro Rosso. Worner previously served as Red Bull's deputy chief designer.
