Vettel: 'I am not frustrated'

Sebastian Vettel has witnessed Mercedes' dominance first hand. At times in 2018, the German led the Formula 1 world championship, and he must have expected at least a good fight in 2019 particularly after pre-season testing. The four-time world champion hasn't won a race for 10 months. Famously, in Canada, he was on for the race win but was penalised. Despite all of this, Vettel claims he isn't frustrated.
