Binotto: Ferrari updates not working as expected

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto has admitted that some of the upgrades brought to the SF90 for the French Grand Prix are not working as intended. During the French Grand Prix weekend, Ferrari trialled a new front and rear wing as well as a new floor, the latter was actually removed from the car after unsatisfactory results during practice. In qualifying, Ferrari was comfortably beaten away by Mercedes who looked in a class of its own on both Saturday and Sunday, with the Silver Arrows taking yet another one-two win in 2019.
