Leclerc "made a mistake" on the final lap
Charles Leclerc has insisted he "made a mistake" on the last lap of qualifying for the Chinese Grand Prix, and will start tomorrow in fourth-place. Leclerc had to settle for fourth, after his team-mate Sebastian Vettel finished just ahead of him. Mercedes locked out the front two places, with Valtteri Bottas qualifying on pole for the first ever time in China. The Monegasque driver is very mixed about how the weekend has gone so far, for himself, and Ferrari - probably still impacted by two weeks ago when he suffered major disappointment in Bahrain.
