Gasly trusts Honda to catch up to Ferrari & Mercedes
Pierre Gasly believes that Honda can take "another step" in the right direction to match their engine rivals Mercedes and Ferrari next season. Gasly is switching from Toro Rosso to Red Bull Racing for the 2019 season, with the latter also making the switch from Renault power to Honda power units. The Frenchman, who has enjoyed the progress of the Honda engine in the Toro Rosso car this season, believes the progress has been encouraging but appreciates there is still a bit to go just yet. "There is at the moment still a deficit with Mercedes and Ferrari engines, and I think it puts us (Honda) with Renault in a bit more difficult situation," Gasly admitted...
