Sirotkin: Williams' 2019 plans are progressive

Sergey Sirotkin believes that Williams will improve next season, as the Russian has revealed some of its progressive 2019 plans. Williams in 2014 and 2015 managed consecutive THIRD placed finishes with the team then slipping down to fifth in 2016. Its FW41 car for this season has proved to be a calamity - to put it lightly, with the side, who were once such strong competitors in Formula One, looking a mere half of what they once were.
