VIDEO: Vettel and Verstappen crash!

Another race, another Sebastian Vettel error! The German was too bold in trying to overtake Max Verstappen at Spoon and wrecked his own Japanese Grand Prix after spinning as a result of contact and dropping to the back of the grid. Vettel had risen to fourth from eighth on the grid, but a move for third place ruined his chances.
