BREAKING: Max Verstappen summoned to stewards over yellow flag offence

Max Verstappen has been summoned to the race stewards for an apparent yellow flag offence. The Dutchman finished qualifying in 11th place but will be relegated to the back of the grid due to grid penalties. Verstappen set a faster time than he originally set in Q1, a lap which was hampered due to a spinning Sergey Sirotkin, who brought out the yellow flags in sector two. The Red Bull driver is deemed to have not slowed enough through a single yellow flag zone. More to follow...
