Williams doing best to be on "right side" of 2019 rules

Williams technical director Paddy Lowe will be preparing his team to be on the "right side" of next season's regulations, as they hope to climb out of the hole they're currently in, sitting in last place in the championship. Lowe believes the tweak in the regulations will give the lesser, under-performing teams (like themselves) will have an opportunity to start over and potentially climb the table, íf they get their designs right.
