Hamilton dominates Friday: "Afternoon a bit worse"

Lewis Hamilton won both practice sessions on Friday in his Mercedes, and unsurprisingly, the four-time champion was happy with the way his car behaved, even though he thought it got worse in the afternoon.  Mercedes looked like a beatable team in Canada three weeks ago, but that looks like an eternity ago now. In France last week, the Silver Arrows were dominant from FP1 up until the checkered flag on Sunday. If it weren't for Sebastian Vettel's nudge at the start of the Grand Prix, they probably would've gotten the one-two.
