Stroll: Williams strategy in France "optimistic"

Lance Stroll described Williams' strategy during the French Grand Prix as "optimistic". It comes after his race came to a dramatic end in the closing stages of the race as his right front tyre exploded going into the Signes corner. After the race, Stroll was downbeat after another difficult weekend for the team as they languish at the bottom of the constructor standings. “At the beginning the pace wasn't too bad and I had a good start.
