Pirelli reveals F1 tyre compounds for Belgium, Japan 

Pirelli has revealed the mandatory sets of Formula 1 tyre compounds it has made available for teams for the Belgian and Japanese grands prix.  The Italian tyre manufacturer will bring the Medium, Soft and Supersoft compounds to races in Belgium and Japan, the same selection range used in Bahrain and Spain earlier this year.  Pirelli’s picks for August’s Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps - which will remain on the F1 calendar until 2021 - differ from last year’s race which saw the use of the Ultrasoft compound. 5774263478001 CrashTV:  Pirelli has effectively made its entire 2018 tyre range a step softer compared to 2017 with the addition of two extra compounds at either...
