Hamilton: Not much doing with the old-spec engine

class="left relative"> Share Tweet Share Share Email Mercedes have been forced to delay an engine upgrade that was scheduled for this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix, due to a 'quality issue', meanwhile rivals Ferrari, Renault and Honda all brought new specs this weekend. Old-spec engine performance much affected Mercedes in the Canadian GP qualifying, Hamilton admitted to some concerns on Friday that it could cost them this weekend. Hamilton’s team-mate Valtteri Bottas came up short on pole position in Canada by just 0.093s to Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and means he got everything out of the car Speaking following the qualifying, the reigning champion seemed disheartened...
