Miami Grand Prix officially added to 2019 schedule – The City Commission of Miami, Florida have officially approved a Formula 1 race for the 2019 season. The race on the streets of Miami, Florida has officially been approved by Miami’s City Commission. The Commission unanimously decided to add the race to the Formula 1 calendar. The initial deal is for 10 years meaning that it will run through to 2028 F1 season. The statement from the commision said: “A resolution of the Miami City Commission supporting the efforts to bring the Formula One racing circuit to the city of Miami for the Formula One Miami Grand Prix from 2019 to 2028, and to direct the city manager to formalise the...
