Force India "an example to follow" - Renault
The Force India Formula 1 team's recent success on a limited budget sets an example that Renault should follow, according to the French manufacturer's F1 team boss Cyril Abiteboul. Force India finished fourth in F1's constructors' championship for the second consecutive season in 2017, two places ahead of the Renault works outfit. Abiteboul suggested before the 2017 season that F1's new aerodynamic regulations would create an "arms race" and make "resources very difficult for the small teams". "I believe that most of the car-build budget of a Force India will be gone by now, just to cope with the new regulations," Abiteboul said during Renault's pre-season car...
