McLaren part ways with Alex Dunne
McLaren announced on Thursday that they have parted ways with their Driver Development Program member Alex Dunne, releasing him from his contract immediately. Dunne took part in two Formula 1 free practice sessions with McLaren over the Austrian and Italian Grands Prix and is currently competing in Formula 2 with Rodin Motorsport. McLaren issued a statement saying:
