Marko to confront Schumacher over ‘nonsense’ Barcelona comments

05/06/2025 at 10:5205/06/2025 at 10:49 Red Bull’s Helmut Marko has slammed what he calls a "nonsense" theory floated by Ralf Schumacher in the wake of Max Verstappen’s controversial actions during last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix, and the Austrian has promised a blunt confrontation with the Sky Germany pundit over the claims. The Barcelona race ended in chaos for Verstappen after a pair of late-race collisions sparked what looked like a retaliatory swerve into George Russell. The moment – seen by many as a pure act of road rage – earned the Red Bull star a penalty that dropped him from fifth to tenth place, along with three more penalty...
