Newey set for first F1 race weekend with Aston Martin

While the team has remained tight-lipped about the exact timeline of Newey’s paddock return, Dutch outlet RacingNews365 says the veteran design mastermind will be present next weekend at Monaco. It’s unlikely the 66-year-old, whose genius shaped Red Bull’s dominance for many years, will bring his bag of tricks or Midas touch to the Principality, as Newey’s primary focus remains firmly on Aston’s 2026 next-generation car.
