A Kentucky kid's worthy effort in Formula 1

This Kentucky kid's effort in Formula 1 was not without merit. The American showed good potential in his single year in Grand Prix racing with Ken Tyrrell in 1983. His best result came at Monaco where Sullivan hustled his nimble Cosworth-powered Tyrrell 011 to fifth place. In the end though, Danny Boy would find his calling in IndyCar, achieving his moment of glory at Indianapolis in 1985 with Team Penske thanks to a triumph famously known as a "Spin and Win",  a reference to Sullivan's massive damage-free...
