Verstappen bemoans FIA track limit rules despite pole

Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool Max Verstappen has bemoaned F1's stringent track limit regulations despite taking pole position for the Austrian Grand Prix. Almost the entire grid fell foul of the white track boundary lines at Turn 9 at the Red Bull Ring with a spate of lap deletions creating chaos on the timesheets. Verstappen's nearest title rival and Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez will start the Grand Prix from 15th after having all three Q2 attempts deleted for infringing at the entry to Turn 10, whilst the Dutchman himself was forced to set a second banker in the same part of qualifying for committing the same offence.
