Ill Verstappen delays arrival to Saudi Grand Prix

Article To news overview © XPBimages An ill Max Verstappen has delayed his arrival to this weekend's Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix until Friday, and will miss Thursday's media activities. The World Champion had reported a stomach bug and so did not fly to Jeddah as planned, opting to delay it by a day. As a result, the Red Bull driver will not arrive until Friday in Saudi Arabia, and with the agreement of the FIA, will not take part in the regular Thursday media sessions. Verstappen enters the Saudi weekend as the championship leader following a crushing performance in the Bahrain opener, winning his 36th career race from pole position.
