W Series champion remains confident of F1 seat

W Series champion, Jamie Chadwick, has reiterated her intent to race in Formula 1 in the coming years. The Briton finished eighth in British Formula 3 in 2018, before winning the MRF Challenge Formula 2000 a year later, and this coincided with her debut in the new all-female series. The W Series was created to help diversify motorsport, and put more women on the radars of Formula 2 and Formula 3 teams. The aim is that the women competing in the series will then get the opportunity to prove themselves in the feeder series, and vie for a place in the pinnacle of motorsport.
