Russell welcomes FIA's 'promising' action on porpoising

Mercedes' George Russell welcomed the FIA's "promising" decision on Thursday to tackle F1's porpoising problem on the grounds of safety. Ahead of this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix, F1's governing body published a technical directive featuring measures aimed at limiting and eventually eliminating the high-frequency vertical oscillations of F1's new-generation cars.
