Barcelona weather: What's in store for the Spanish GP?

Article To news overview © Alfa Romeo After its inaugural race in Miami, Formula 1 is back in Europe for the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. It marks the return to the scene of 2022's first pre-season test in February, where the drivers took to the track for the very first time in their new era cars. After some cooler temperatures took hold during that testing session, visiting in May for the race brings with it different conditions. For lovers of wet races, the chance of showers is small in Barcelona over the course of the event but, with the track set to be baked in sunshine, some interesting tyre questions could be posed.
