Rahal: Learning about 'punk' Grosjean's reputation quickly
Romain Grosjean's true colours as a driver with a ruthless and dirty streak in him emerged during the Indycar weekend in Alabama, the Frenchman giving Graham Rahal a dose of the dark stuff. Famous for being the ‘First Lap Nutcase' for wiping out a huge chunk of the F1 field at Spa-Francorchamps in 2012 – he got a race ban for his shenanigans. Prior to that, he had a nasty reputation in the junior formulae and as Renault's golden boy at the time he took the dark arts of GP2 racing (F2 of the time) never seen in the F1 feeder series of the time. In F1 he was crash happy, and as his first Grand Prix weekend in Singapore began with a crash so did his final race in Bahrain two years...
