Red Bull talent quits F3 (temporarily) due to Crohn's disease

Johnny Edgar is taking a step back. The Red Bull-trained talent reveals that he is suffering from Crohn's disease and will therefore be replaced (temporarily) at the Trident team by Oliver Rasmussen. Talent of Red Bull Edgar is considered one of the great talents in Red Bull's training program. The 18-year-old Briton won the ADAC Formula 4 championship in 2020 and finished fourth in his first season in F3 for the Carlin team. In 2022, this earned him a move to the top Trident team, but due to his illness, the season start did not go as desired.
