FIA to allow Russian, Belarusian drivers to race under neutral flag

In response to the Russian-led, Belarusian-supported invasion of Ukraine, the FIA has banned sanctioned events in Russia and Belarus and their imagery. Drivers from the two countries will have to race under neutral FIA flags.
