Alfa Romeo tweaks its name and logo for 2022
The Alfa Romeo team has made changes to its name and logo ahead of the 2022 FIA Formula One World Championship, the Hinwil-based outfit has announced. Formerly Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN, the team's official entry name for this year will be Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN. The new brand identity is officially live and will be seen in action for the first time at the first pre-season test in Barcelona, late next month. Following the departure of Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi, the Swiss-Italian outfit will boast a new driver line-up for 2022, with Valtteri Bottas joining from Mercedes alongside rookie signing Guanyu Zhou.
