Vote now: Does Verstappen deserve the 2021 Drivers’ Championship?

Despite winning more grand prix and comfortably leading more laps than any other driver in 2021, some Formula 1 fans have questioned whether Max Verstappen is deserving of his Drivers’ Championship. The Dutchman went into the season finale in Abu Dhabi level on points with Sir Lewis Hamilton, but he topped the standings by virtue of having won 10 races, while Hamilton had nine victories. Verstappen ultimately won the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to clinch his maiden Formula 1 crown, however, his triumph was not without controversy.
