Mercedes skip FIA Champions' photoshoot
Neither the Mercedes Formula 1 nor Formula E teams made an appearance at the pre-ceremony photoshoot on Tuesday night, ahead of the FIA Prize-Giving Gala on Thursday. Mercedes claimed their eighth straight Formula 1 Constructors Championship along with both the Team and Drivers’ Championships in Formula E. The Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team is now a double World Champion as Nyck de Vries wins the Drivers' Title and the team taking home the Teams' Championship.
