Hamilton receives knighthood in ceremony at Windsor Castle

Article To news overview © The Royal Family Lewis Hamilton has officially received his knighthood from the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle on Wednesday, meaning he is now formally Sir Lewis Hamilton. This accolade adds to his previous honour, his MBE, awarded in 2008. The seven-time F1 World Champion was awarded his knighthood and the resulting title in the Queen's 2021 New Year Honours list. Hamilton appeared happy and relaxed as he posed for pictures after the ceremony.
