Verstappen receives congratulations from an old friend: 'Fantastic job'
Max Verstappen received many congratulations from the people around him after his victory in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and thus securing the world title. Franz Tost was one of those people. In conversation with Speekweek.com he expressed his opinion about the Dutchman. Tost was Verstappen's first team boss years ago at Toro Rosso. The Dutch driver made his first steps in Formula 1 with that team, after which he earned a spot at Red Bull Racing. The current team boss of AlphaTauri was very proud of Verstappen's performance after the race.
