Williams back on track after Capito arrived

Williams seems to be back after a couple of difficult seasons. This year the team has finished in the top-10 in four of the last five races, including the Russian Grand Prix. The team is now eighth in the Constructors' Championship and 16 points clear of Alfa Romeo and this is partly due to the arrival of Jost Capito. During the winter Jost Capito joined Williams as the new CEO. In his role with the team, he has mainly overseen structural changes and has also vandalised the way different parts of the team interact and work together.
