Red Bull and McLaren against Wolff's plans: 'Then everyone gets less'

Earlier this week Toto Wolff came up with the idea to expand the teams from two to three cars to give more rookies a chance in Formula 1. However, the Mercedes team principal's idea has so far met with little support.
