Sprint concept divides opinion

Despite the best efforts of the Sky F1 team, which appears to have joined Ross Brawn in doing PR work for F1's latest 'innovation' intended to spice up the show, opinion over the Sprint remains divided. It's 'not fish, not meat', said Mercedes boss, Toto Wolff, following the 18-lap 'race' that saw Lewis Hamilton finish fifth, which means he starts the Grand Prix from fourth, while title rival, Max Verstappen starts from pole.
