Schumacher 'crossing fingers day and night' for rain at Spa

Mick Schumacher is hoping hard for rain this weekend at Spa, believing a wet track would give him and Haas an opportunity to shine in Belgium. In Hungary, last time out, adverse conditions and exceptional circumstances at the start of the race allowed Schumacher to slot himself among the top ten, the F1 rookie even sparring at one point with Max Verstappen for the better part of ten laps. Schumacher eventually finished P12 at the Hungaroring, a career best, but the damp conditions early on in the event definitely boosted the Haas' performance. The German is hoping to get more help from the elements in the Ardennes this weekend, and so far the weather forecast looks like the German's...
