Ricciardo disqualified in 2014: 'But Red Bull paid bonus anyway'

Daniel Ricciardo was well on his way to his first podium in the 2014 Australian Grand Prix. He crossed the finish line second, but afterwards the driver from Perth was disqualified by the stewards. More than seven years later, Ricciardo tells a nice anecdote about the still painful incident. It was his first race for Red Bull Racing and in front of a home crowd at the Melbourne circuit. Ricciardo was obviously extremely happy with this performance, but he was dropped from the results due to an illegal fuel delivery during the Grand Prix.
