Ferrari CEO happy with Sainz and Leclerc: 'They bring new energy'

In 2021 Ferrari have been using a young driver duo: Charles Leclerc (23) and Carlos Sainz (26). According to CEO John Elkann this is not a problem and the young duo have brought 'new energy'. Youngest line-up in years After a dismal 2020, Ferrari said goodbye to Sebastian Vettel and moved on to prioritising Leclerc. Vettel was replaced by Sainz, who had driven himself into the limelight after two strong years at McLaren. Elkann is very happy with his new driver pairing.
