Alpine had doubts about Alonso: 'My worries are long gone'
Fernando Alonso is back in Formula 1 this season. It was hard to know in advance how the Spaniard would perform at the highest level of motorsport, but so far the experienced driver is making a good impression. It is a great relief for Alain Prost. The qualities of the double world champion are not up for discussion. Alonso has done well with almost all teams and therefore deserves a place in Formula 1.
