McLaren technical director delighted with 2022 rules: "Better racing"

Just after Formula 1 showed its concept car for 2022, there were already several reactions from teams, claiming that the concept of the 2022 car would look completely different from what was presented. The question arises: will the new rules have any effect now that all the teams are once again frantically trying to build a car that will find the loopholes in the new rules?
