Max Verstappen has been taken to hospital as a precaution following his high-speed accident at Formula 1’s British Grand Prix. Verstappen suffered a 51G impact into the barriers at Copse after clashing with title rival Lewis Hamilton. Stewards deemed Hamilton culpable for the incident and issued a 10-second time penalty.
