Technical Draft: Paul Ricard pre-race technical update

As the 2021 Formula 1 season continues the teams have arrived at Paul Ricard for the French Grand Prix armed with technical upgrades to see them through three weeks in a row of racing. There is a noticeable drop in development upgrades being applied to cars by the teams at this stage of the year in comparison to recent seasons. Obviously, the impacts of the operational cost cap and  the need to concentrate on the major regulation change for 2022 are being felt. The following upgrades have been spotted on the cars this weekend.
