Andrew Shovlin has an office job outside of race weekends
The success of Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton in recent years is due to a range of factors. Of course, money is one of them, but ultimately it's the people in the team who have to deliver the performance and that doesn't just apply to the driver. One of the most important people behind the scenes at Mercedes in recent years is Andrew Shovlin.
