Leclerc: Our competitors have more in hand
While Ferrari grabbed the top spots on the timesheets at the end of FP2 for the 2021 Monaco Grand Prix, their fastest driver on the day – Charles Leclerc – is wary of what their rivals have yet to unleash. Ferrari at the fore is always good for the sport which has had a drought of Red at the sharp end and Black and Blue dominate but on the evidence of s sparkling Thursday for the Scuderia, they aim to be in the mix on the streets of Monte-Carlo. The morning started badly for Leclerc who did a lap before being called in with a gearbox issue that kept him out of the running for the rest of the session.
