Verstappen wrong: Stewards were right to take away fastest lap
Max Verstappen didn't know there were track limits at turn fourteen, but he was wrong. The stewards stated on Saturday morning that all times will be deleted the moment four wheels ends up outside the track. In the end, Valtteri Bottas took advantage of it. The Finn was awarded the extra championship point. This to the displeasure of Verstappen, who did not hide his disappointment in the interview with Paul di Resta on the grid.
