Steiner: Haas drivers ‘drinking from a water hose'

Discussing how much the Haas drivers are learning in F1, Guenther Steiner says that they're 'drinking from a water hose.' Steiner and Haas made the decision in 2020 to drop their experience pairing of Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen for 2021 and beyond and bring in two rookies in the form of Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin. Thus far, the lack of experience in F1 that Schumacher and Mazepin have has been evident, with both crashing in the first two rounds of the year. The second race in Imola proved particularly difficult due to the tricky track conditions caused by rain. Steiner feels that such challenges are good for the development of his drivers though.
