Allison: I decided to leave Mercedes two years ago

Article To news overview James Allison has revealed he made his decision to step down as Mercedes technical director in 2019. Allison, who joined Mercedes in 2017, will leave his current role on July 1. He will continue to work closely with the Mercedes leadership in Brackley and Brixworth, helping the team to meet the various challenges of the new regulation changes for 2022.
