Aston Martin want a mid-season rule change due to rake controversy
Article To news overview © Aston Martin Aston Martin team principal Otmar Szafnauer wants the FIA to change the technical regulations because he feels the 2021 rules have gone against the low-rake cars. New regulations for this year saw changes to the rear floor to slow the cars down and Szafnauer believes this has significantly disadvantaged Aston Martin. "I think the right thing to do is to have a discussion with the FIA and find out exactly what happened and then see if there's something that could be done to make it more equitable," Szafnauer told Sky Sports.
