Grosjean: ‘I never thought about quitting racing'

Romain Grosjean has said he never considered leaving motorsport while in his hospital bed following his horror accident in Bahrain. The Frenchman managed to escape from his burning wreckage with ‘only' severe burns on his hands and a sprained ankle when the reality is it could have been a whole lot worse. However, with an IndyCar drive secured for 2021 and confirmation he has had a seat fit to have a private farewell test with an unconfirmed F1 team, his path back into motorsport is now in front of him. “2020 was a full-on year,' Grosjean said, perhaps understatedly, to racinggames.gg.
